• We offer two short-term studio rentals in the Carriage House
  • We are no longer a bed and breakfast,  (breakfast is not provided, guest can cook on a 2-dash burner hotplate), and we do not rent any rooms in the main house
  • Open year-round
  • Free cancellation at any time prior to check-in
  • Two-night minimum stay
  • $129/night plus taxes for 2 adults
  • Additional fee for third adult - please contact us for information
  • Payments accepted: cash, check, and all major credit cards
  • If you are the person making the reservation, you need to be one of the guests staying. If you need to make a reservation for someone else and you will not be staying, please contact us before making the reservation.
  • Please provide a photo of your driver's license at the time of making your reservation.
  • Check-in time is after 3 PM
  • Check-out time is by 12 PM
  • Please let me know in advance if you will be having limited visitors.
  • In respect for other guests, visitors need to depart no later than 8 p.m.   In respect for other guests, please adhere to our 10 p.m. quiet time
  • We do not allow loud activity, parties, or drunkenness
  • The patio is available for guests. We try to keep the umbrellas and cushions out, weather permitting, and we're happy to put them out upon request.
  • Let us know in advance if you would like to use the patio grill, and we can provide utensils for you.
  • No Pets
  • No smoking on the property
  • Bikes not allowed in units
  • The Mitchell-Tappan House bans guns on these premises
